<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a tag, which is attached to a Web page, shared by a PC and a terminal. <P>SOLUTION: A proxy server 42 supplies a cellular phone machine 20 with tag information which indicates a position on a Web page, which is designated through a PC 10, as information which identifies the first displayed part of the Web page.
