<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance reliability by solder-bonding, while using a connector unit composed of an economical and general purpose synthetic resin. <P>SOLUTION: Firstly, a cream-solder is coated on a plurality of solder-connection parts 33 of a circuit board 3, a connection edge 21b of a relay terminal 21 of a relay unit 2 is mounted on the cream solder and conveyed into a high temperature furnace, and the cream solder is melted and solidified to make a solder-bonding. Since a molding body 22 of the relay unit 2 is formed of a heat resisting synthetic resin, deformation by heating is not caused. Then, the connector unit 1 is mounted on the circuit board 3 and the relay unit 2 is made in contact with a socket portion 14 of a housing 11, and an edge part of the terminal pin 12 of the connector unit 1 is pushed in a locking connection part 21a of the relay terminal 21 to make a sure electrical connection between the circuit board 3 and the connector unit 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
