PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a medium inlet passage and a medium outlet passage to communicate with both circumferential ends of a heating medium passage even if changing the circumferential relative positions of a pair of body members while avoiding a cost increase and eliminating a possibility of causing erroneous assembly in a pressure reducing valve for gas formed by holding a valve mechanism with a valve element interlocked with and connected to a pressure receiving member, in a body constituted by connecting two body members, providing at least one of the connecting surfaces of both body members with a groove for forming a heating medium passage between the connecting surfaces of both body members, and providing one of both body members with the medium inlet passage and the medium outlet passage communicating with both ends of the heating medium passage. SOLUTION: A barrier rib 120 dividing a circular groove 119 between the medium inlet passage 121 and the medium outlet passage 122 is positioned and fixed to the body member side provided with the medium inlet passage 121 and the medium outlet passage 122 out of both body members 18, 19.
