PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute only information useful to promote safe driving to a vehicle. SOLUTION: A center has a warning place DB which stores environmental information where a vehicle travels and warning place information on a place where a vehicle should carefully travels, in association with each other. An in-vehicle device acquires vehicle position information and the environmental information and transmits them to the center. The center specifies warning place information corresponding to the position information and the environmental information received from the in-vehicle device from the warning place DB, and transmits the warning place information to the in-vehicle device. The in-vehicle device displays the warning place information distributed from the center on a display, and outputs a reading voice from a speaker, notifying a driver of the warning place information.
