PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve corrosion resistance by providing a corrosion-resistant joint having a straight passage and a circular arc-shaped passage, with an inner surface coating layer formed by an injection molding method. SOLUTION: An outer pipe 60 includes a main pipe 61 having the straight passage F7, a straight pipe part 62 forming a straight confluence passage F8 and connected to the main pipe 61, and a bent pipe 63 forming a circular arc-shaped passage F9 and connected to the straight pipe 62. The outer pipe 60 is divided into a composite pipe 64 having the bent pipe 63 and a first partial straight pipe 62a, and a main part 65 having the main pipe 61 and a second partial straight pipe 62b. The first partial straight pipe 62a and the second partial straight pipe 62b are connected with each other by a fastening mechanism 70. A seal mechanism 80 is interposed at a connection part.
