PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability of an injector by stopping a needle without making the needle collide on a stopper at time of maximum lift of the needle. SOLUTION: A fuel introduction passage 11 introducing high pressure fuel to a nozzle chamber 3 is obliquely provided on a needle sliding shaft part 8, and a lower side opening end of the fluid introduction passage 11 includes a sliding part opening end opening at an outer circumference surface of the needle sliding shaft part 8. The sliding part opening end is blocked by overlapping with a nozzle sliding hole 5 when a needle 10 rises. In the injector, the fuel introduction passage 11 is restricted extremely before reaching allowable lift of the needle 10 thereby. Consequently, "valve closing force by pressure in a pressure control chamber 1 and a spring 28" and "valve opening force by pressure in a nozzle chamber 3" balance when the needle 10 rises, rise of the needle 10 is stopped, and reliability is increased without causing collision at the maximum lift.
