摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-vivo observation system 1 including a small and low power consumption capsule endoscope 10 and a magnetic field generating apparatus 20 that outputs a stable magnetic field signal for a power supply operation of the capsule endoscope 10. SOLUTION: The capsule endoscope 10 includes: an in-vivo observation section 13 that acquires in-vivo information; a battery 15 for driving the in-vivo observation section 13; a magnetic field detection section 11 that outputs an internal signal according to a magnetic field from the magnetic field generating apparatus 20; a power supply switch 14 that controls a power supply; and a power supply control section 12 that causes the power supply switch 14 to operate according to the internal signal from the magnetic field detection section 11, and the magnetic field generating apparatus 20 includes: a magnetic field generating section 23; an operation section 21 that outputs an operation signal according to an operation; and a masking section 22 that masks the operation signal input to the magnetic field generating section 23 for a predetermined period (T1).
