PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition having better adhesive properties. SOLUTION: This adhesive composition contains a modified natural rubber obtained by graft-polymerizing a polar group-containing monomer with a natural rubber, and further contains an aminoalkoxysilane and a softening agent component, where the modified natural rubber is obtained by emulsion polymerizing a polar group-containing monomer in a natural rubber latex, coagulating and drying. The polar group in the modified natural rubber is preferably an acid group, and the polar group-containing monomer is preferably one or more selected from the group consisting of acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, maleic acid, itaconic acid and citraconic acid.
