PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray tube device of an electrostatic deflection system capable of economically realizing upgrade of an existing X-ray tube device and carrying out deflection moving of the X-ray focus so that there is no effect on a shape of the X-ray focus and a tube current of the X-ray tube. SOLUTION: In an electron traveling direction in which an electron travels to an anode target 27 from a filament 32, a pair of deflecting electrodes 51 are arranged between the filament 32 and the anode target 27. A deflecting electric field is generated in a space region in which speed of the electron from the filament 32 becomes comparatively fast. As for the pair of deflecting electrodes 51, in the case a potential difference V2-V1 between a potential V1 of the filament 32 and a potential V2 of the anode target 27 is made V, if a potential difference within a range of +V/3 to -V/3 is given against a ground potential, the electron can be deflected.
