PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording medium editing device which can move content between recording media with a simple operation. SOLUTION: A recorder device includes a memory 14 for title storage for associating a title list recorded in a recording medium with identification information attached to the recording medium to store the title list, a title list editing part 21b for mutually changing titles between title lists stored in the memory 14 for title storage, and a content moving part 21c for mutually changing content between recording media according to an edited title list that has been edited by the title list editing part 21b.
