PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential amplifier circuit in which high speed operation is performed without malfunction even if a voltage level of a differential input signal is made low. SOLUTION: A differential amplifier circuit includes a latch part (cross-couple-connected inverter), differential-pair transistors (NMOS transistors Mn 0, Mn 1), current addition transistors (NMOS transistors Mn 5, Mn 6), and a control transistor (NMOS transistor Mn 2). In the differential amplifying circuit, when an amplification start signal EN is input, amplifying operation is started, difference of differential output signals OUT 0 and OUT 1 is amplified at high speed and without malfunction by turning on the current addition transistor after lapse of a delay time decided by delay DLY for example.
