PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automobile door structure reducing the weight of an automobile body, remarkably improving an assembling efficiency for forming the automobile body, and improving efficiency of demolition work of the automobile body. SOLUTION: A felt material 401 used for an interior surface is attached to a mold surface formed by injection molding of 2,000 tons to fix a metal part 109. A polyurethane resin containing long glass fiber is injected to a mold at 200 °C to form an inner door structure 107. Similarly, a polyurethane resin containing long glass fiber is injected to a mold at 200 °C to paint an outer surface to form an outer door structure 101. A door frame 103 is fitted in the inner door structure 107, and a harness 207, a speaker 205 and the like are installed to be fitted and fixed to the outer door structure 101 to form an automobile door structure.
