PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of grading singer's singing skill in wider aspects than before, by setting not only a conventional grading reference data, but a singing data which obtains the highest score, as a grading reference. SOLUTION: Singing voice of a singer is collected by a voice input section, and converted to an audio signal (singing data). A control section of a Karaoke device detects a pitch and a sound volume from the singing data. The control section compares the pitch and the sound volume of the singing data with those of a grading reference data, and with those of a singing reference data, and grades singing according to difference of both. The singer's singing skill is graded by adding a weight described in a grading weight table, to a grading result calculated based on the grading reference data and the singing reference data.
