<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility use information provision server to search for the use information of facilities. <P>SOLUTION: A terminal position decision unit 114 selects the facilities adjacent to a position information terminal 200, as the facilities having relevance. The terminal position decision unit 114 selects map image information 703 including the position at which the position information terminal 200 exists, and transmits it to an information transmission/reception unit 113. A facility use decision unit 115 decides the usability of the facilities adjacent to the position information terminal 200. In the example of lavatory facilities, the usability of the facilities is ranked information of availability based on distance, number of toilet seats, presence/absence of parking lots, presence/absence of paper, degree of neatness, degree of congestion and time zone. Based on the ranked information suitable for the position information terminal 200, a facility use information generation unit 116 generates facility use information 504.
