<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce expense burden for introducing an ordering system and to provide dish information effective for a customer. <P>SOLUTION: The ordering system includes: a member DB for storing attribute information of members; an image information DB for storing image patterns of dishes; an order history DB for storing order history by member; a dish specification means for receiving image data sent from a customer's mobile terminal and collating the received image data with image patterns stored in the image information DB to specify a dish photographed by the customer; a similar member extraction means for comparing the attribute information of the customer stored in the member DB with the attribute information of other members and extracting similar members having attributes similar to the customer's attribute; and a recommended dish determination means which, when the same dish as a dish specified by the dish specification means is ordered on the basis of the past order information of the extracted similar members, determines whether or not a similar member ordering dishes other than the ordered dish exists by referring to the order history DB, and when the similar member exists, recommends other dishes ordered by the similar member to the customer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
