PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable stable combustion in a combustion furnace, even if petroleum fuel containing vanadium is used.
SOLUTION: In a boiler equipment 1 equipped with the fluidized bed type combustion furnace 3 where the petroleum fuel containing vanadium is used, exhaust gas G exhausted from the combustion furnace 3 is utilized in place of air to form a fluidized bed F, which lowers the oxygen concentration in the combustion furnace 3 and suppresses amounts of carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide generated by reaction of carbon in the petroleum fuel with oxygen. As the result, amounts of vanadium trioxide and vanadium tetraoxide having high melting points, generated by reaction of vanadium pentoxide having a low melting point with the carbon, are increased. Destabilization of the fluidized bed F caused by a melt is suppressed even if the temperature in the combustion furnace 3 becomes high, which allows stable combustion in the combustion furnace 3.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
|
