<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a module including a built-in electronic component for adequately suppressing or blocking noise exerting an influence on an electronic circuit and a signal line located near the circuit and capable of stably maintaining accurate operation by surely preventing the erroneous operation of the electronic circuit. <P>SOLUTION: A DC-DC converter 1 as the module including built-in electronic component is provided with a substrate 2 including the built-in electronic component such as an IC chip 7 and an inductor 8 mounted to the substrate 2. In the substrate 2 including the built-in electronic component, a first shielding layer 33G connected to predetermined grounding potential is formed between the inductor 8 and the IC chip 7. Thereby, leakage magnetic flux from the inductor 8 can be shielded, and the stable operation of the IC chip 7 can be secured in order to prevent the erroneous operation of the DC-DC converter 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
