PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information management device or the like for easily correcting errors or the like of time information or the like with accuracy without making a structure of a target device such as a blood glucose measuring device complicated and without affecting the operation of the device. SOLUTION: The information management device 10 includes: a basic information housing part 22 for housing basic information accompanying time information of the target device 50 and non-time clocking information being non-time information for regularly measuring the passage of time from a specific reference time; a target device-side specific time information housing part 23 for housing target device-side specific time information being the specific time information of the target device which accompanies the non-time clocking information; and a time correction part 29 which corrects the time information of the basic information corresponding to the non-time clocking information based on information management device-side specific time information 25a being specific time information of a clocking device of the information management device which is acquired at the same timing as the target device-side specific time information and the non-time clocking information.
