摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-performance finder optical system of a single lens reflex camera efficiently correcting distortion aberration caused in a magnifier optical system (negative lens group nearest to an eye side therein). SOLUTION: The finder optical system 100 of the single lens reflex camera includes, in order from an object side, a focusing screen 4 having an imaging surface 4b on which a subject image is formed, an erect prism (pentagonal prism) 5 making the subject image formed on the imaging surface 4b of the focusing screen 4 erect, and the magnifier optical system 20 magnifying the subject image made erect by the pentagonal prism 5, and including a lens group 24 having negative power that is arranged nearest to the eye side, and includes a distortion aberration correction lens (field lens) 10 having negative power which is located between the focusing screen 4 and the pentagonal prism 5, and corrects the distortion aberration caused by the lens group 24 having the negative power that is arranged nearest to the eye side in the magnifier optical system 20.
