PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-pack type foamy hair decoloring agent and foamy hair dye product in which, even when used in a high bath ratio, the foam discharged and applied keeps a firm foam quality without dripping during left untouched, sufficiently spreads to the roots of hair, and has good dyeability. SOLUTION: The two-pack type hair dye product includes a first preparation containing an alkali agent, a second preparation containing hydrogen peroxide, and an aerosol foamer container for discharging the first and second preparations in the form of a foam. When the dynamic viscoelasticity of the foam discharged from the aerosol foamer container at ordinary temperature (25°C) is measured using a rheometer, the complex modulus of elasticity G* is in the range of 70-600.
