PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game medium handling system and device coping with each game machine capable of preventing a game medium obtained by a game player and value information available for a game from being stolen. SOLUTION: The game medium handling system includes a conversion means to convert the game medium obtained by the game player to discrete value information counted by the device corresponding to each machine, a medium output means to output the medium in which identifiable information of the discrete value information and/or value information available for the game are stored, an information acquisition means to acquire game player information capable of uniquely identifying the game player during the game, an information storage means to store the game player information therein, an identical person determination means to determine whether the person corresponding to reacquired game player information and the person corresponding to the game player information stored in the information memory means are identical or not when the game player information is reacquired by the information acquisition means, and an output permission means to permit the medium output means to output the medium when the identical person determination means determines that the persons are identical.
