<p>A seatbelt retractor which allows a gas generator for a switching device to be disposed at an optimum position and in which a hole of a switching housing can be efficiently closed, said hole being created by both a gas flow path and a gas generator containing section which are formed in a bent shape. A seatbelt retractor (10) wherein a switching device (20) comprises a gas generator (83) and a switch housing (81) which has: a gas generator containing section (106) for containing the gas generator (83); and a gas flow path (107) for communicating with the gas generator containing section (106) and allowing the gas generated by the gas generator (83) to pass therethough. The gas generator containing section (106) and the gas flow path (107) of the switching housing (81) are formed in a bent shape. A die-cut hole (108) which is located on the opposite side of the gas generator containing section (106) from the gas flow path (107) and extends along the direction of the gas flow path (107) is shielded from the gas flow path (107) by the gas generator (83).</p> |
