The device has a sensor e.g. flow sensor, detecting water drainage, and a parameter module adjusting flushing limit values. An output module displays a flushing condition of a water pipe of a tap (7) determined by an adjustment module. A temperature sensor determines water temperature, and the output module includes three differently colored LEDs (74) which displays three different conditions of a flushing activity. The adjustment module has a timer and a memory unit in which different measured values of the sensors are stored for determining the flushing activity over time. |
