Provided are an actuator element and input device, in which sufficient displacement and a large generated load can be obtained by a straightforward structure. The actuator element comprises a first element (20), one end of which is a fixed end (14) and the other end of which is a free end (16); the first element (20) bends when voltage is applied thereto. The actuator element also comprises a second element (21) which is shorter than the first element (20), one end of which is connected with the first element; when voltage is applied, the second element (21) bends in the opposite direction to the first element (20), and supports the first element (20).
