<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an inrush current to prevent inductive interference when a new load is started, in an auxiliary power supply device. <P>SOLUTION: As for a current value detected by a first current detector 27a, adjacent to the output side of an inverter 26, whether the value exceeds a predetermined value α or not is determined by a comparison part 29b, after a variable calculation part 29a in a control unit 28 calculates a change ratio of a current. When the value exceeds an α value, at least either an output voltage control unit 29c or an output frequency control unit 29d sends a command to an inverter element signal generating part 29e for lowering either the output voltage or the output frequency. The inverter 26 carries out a received signal to reducing an input/output power to the auxiliary power supply device 20 and suppress an inrush current.
