<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner stirring conveyance screw capable of achieving an excellent effect of stirring a toner and being favorable for use in conveyance with respect to the stirring and conveyance of the toner and a developer in image formation by an electrophotographic method or the like, and to provide a developing device using the screw, an image forming device using the developing device, and a manufacturing method for a toner stirring conveyance screw piece. <P>SOLUTION: The toner stirring conveyance screw is constituted in such a way that a resin-made screw piece having a spiral blade 74 molded integrally with a shaft 73 by a mold is formed by fitting a support shaft 67 into a fitting hole 75 formed in the axial direction of the shaft 73 and a plurality of screw pieces 70 are fitted and inserted into the support shaft 67 to form the screw. A rotary angle of the spiral blade 74 of the screw piece 70 is 350 degrees or larger and smaller than 360 degrees, and the screw piece is molded by the mold by using the axial direction of the shaft as a pull-out direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
