<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casette for holding articles which has a considerably reduced transportation cost for an article, a simple structure and a reduced weight, and by which an embossed carrier tape is not damaged. <P>SOLUTION: A cassette A for holding articles has a case body 1 of box shape, a pair of a right and left reels 2 and 3 held in the case body 1, and the embossed carrier tape 4 having one end connected to one reel 2 and the other end connected to the other end reel 3. The embossed carrier tape 4 has a tape body in which recess sections 5 for holding many articles are formed at constant intervals in the longitudinal direction, and a flap 7 provided to be extended and folded at both the side edges or one side edge of the tape body, and the flap 7 is made to have a width which can retain the articles in the recess sections 5 for holding the articles by closing all or part of an opening section in the recess section 5 for holding the article. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
