<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand protector which is easily worn, is easily usable and can appropriately protect the hand in a contracture state. <P>SOLUTION: The protector 1 of the hand includes a long and narrow belt body 10, four insertion bodies 3 which are inserted between fingers of the hand and are fixed to one end 12 of the belt body 10 and to the belt body 10 at intervals from the one end 12, and a snap button 20 which is attached to the belt body 10 and fixes the belt body 10. The insertion bodies 3 are inserted between the fingers from the back of the clenched hand to expand the fingers, at least a part of the insertion bodies are inserted between the finger tip and the palm, the belt body 10 is wound around the wrist across the back of the hand in the state that the insertion bodies 3 are inserted, and the belt body 10 is fixed to the wrist with the snap button 20.
