<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrally mold easily a connector with an O-ring groove. <P>SOLUTION: This manufacturing method for the connector includes a molding process for integrally molding the first and second connection parts 201, 202 of a resin, using the first molding die 50 having molding parts 501, 502 corresponding to outer shapes of the first and second connection parts 201, 202, the second molding die 51 having a cylindrical shape corresponding to an insertion hole 203a and inserted into the molding parts 501, 502, and a core 53 having an annular shape corresponding to the O-ring groove 201a and inserted into the molding parts 501, 502 in a state that the second molding die 51 is inserted, a molding die opening process executed after the molding process and taking out the first and second connection parts 201, 202 together with the core 53 from the first and second molding dies 50, 51, and a dissolving process executed after the molding die opening process and dissolving the core 53 in the first connection part 201 with a solvent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
