<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a decoration sheet for keeping surface smoothness and gloss and maintaining a design feeling even after three-dimensional molding such as insertion molding or injection molding simultaneous decoration in the decoration sheets of both high gloss and low gloss. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the decoration sheet includes: a process of forming a primer layer on a peeling film with a smooth surface; a process of forming a design layer on the primer layer; a process of transferring the primer layer and the design layer onto a base material; a process of peeling a film for which peeling treatment is executed on the base material; a process of stacking an ionizing radiation curing resin composition on the primer layer formed on the base material; and a process of forming a surface protective layer by crossliking and curing the ionizing radiation curing resin composition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
