<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt for electrophotography having a desired resistance value and high uniformity by stable additive amount of carbon, good in mechanical strength, superior in flame retardancy and yielding a high-durability, high quality and high function image regardless of a lot in a production process and a lot of material such as carbon black and resin. <P>SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing the belt for electrophotography, the belt for electrophotography is manufactured by applying a coating liquid produced through a step of producing a dispersion liquid containing at least carbon black, resin and a solvent and a step of producing the coating liquid prepared by using the dispersion liquid to an outer surface of a metal mold or an inner surface of a cylindrical metal mold, and drying and/or curing it to form a film and removing it from the mold, wherein a dispersion liquid having black density being≥2.200 and≤2.500 by a spectral density meter of the film formed on a substrate by using the same is used as the dispersion liquid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
