<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developer recycling device that reduces the time for adjusting collected developer to predetermined concentration and supplying it. <P>SOLUTION: The developer recycling device includes a controller that controls execution of: concentration detecting operation (S6) for detecting concentration of the developer in a concentration adjusting container by a concentration sensor when quantity Lc of the developer in the concentration adjusting container reaches first quantity L1; concentration adjusting operation (S7) for adjusting the developer in the concentration adjusting container to the predetermined concentration; and replenishing operation (S8) for feeding the developer in the concentration adjusting container to a reservoir part. When a second developer quantity sensor detects that the quantity Lc of the developer in the concentration adjusting container is equal to or under second quantity L2 in predetermined timing (S100; No), the controller feeds the developer having prescribed concentration higher than the predetermined concentration to the concentration adjusting container by third quantity L3 (S101) instead of the density adjusting operation without performing the concentration detecting operation, to perform the replenishing operation S8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
