<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an inorganic board by which the strength of the board can be improved in good productivity without deteriorating the surface smoothness and appearance of the board. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the inorganic board includes: wet-making a wet mat from a slurry containing mineral fibers, an inorganic filler and a water-soluble or water-dispersible binder as a binder as essential components, using the wet mats as front and back layers to obtain a wet inorganic board; subjecting the wet inorganic board to the primary drying treatment to form a dry board; impregnating the inside of the dry board with an impregnating agent aqueous solution prepared by adding water to an impregnating agent made of a surfactant from the surface; and then heating and compressing the dry board to secondarily dry the dry board and perfectly cure the binder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
