PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic clinical thermometer that is hardly affected by external noises, by properly correcting a thermometric value with respect a mixture of the external noises. SOLUTION: The electronic clinical thermometer, calculating a temperature value on the basis of a change of a resistance value of a thermistor at each sampling timing, and estimates a temperature value, in a state of temperature equilibrium with the external temperature of the thermistor, on the basis of a plurality of temperature values calculated; determines the necessity of correction to the calculated temperature value, on the basis of the temperature value calculated by an other sampling timing; and corrects the temperature value based on the temperature value calculated by the sampling timing before the temperature value, when it is determined that a correction is needed.
