PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed wiring board which does not substantially cause the erroneous recognition of a defect in an inspection by an optical automatic appearance inspection method. SOLUTION: A printed wiring board has a plurality of conductor pattern layers (14 and 16) insulated from each other by an interlayer insulating layer (12), a hole (18) where a conductor (20) electrically and connecting the conductor pattern layers is formed inside, a filling material (22) filled in the hole, and a solder resist layer (24) formed by covering the filling material. Between the filling material and the solder resist, a difference of an L value of an L*a*b* color system is -10 to 10, a difference of a value a is -20 to 20, and a difference of a value b is -10 to 10.
