PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acrylic rubber composition containing a diurethane compound, which is used as a vulcanizing agent for a crosslinkable group-containing acrylic rubber, as a vulcanizing agent, improving delay in a vulcanization rate caused by scorch inhibition, that is, achieving both of good vulcanization rate of an aliphatic diamine and good scorch stability of an aromatic diamine, and satisfying vulcanization characteristics, in particular, compression set resistance of a vulcanized product. SOLUTION: The acrylic rubber composition comprises 0.1-10 pts.wt. of a diurethane compound represented by general formula R<SP>2</SP>(SO<SB>2</SB>)<SB>m</SB>(CH<SB>2</SB>)<SB>n</SB>OCONH-R<SP>1</SP>-NHCOO(CH<SB>2</SB>)<SB>n</SB>(SO<SB>2</SB>)<SB>m</SB>R<SP>2</SP>, and 0.01-1 pt.wt. of 1,8-diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undecene-7 serving as a basic vulcanization accelerator per 100 pts.wt. of a polyvalent amine crosslinkable group-containing acrylic rubber. In the general formula: R<SP>1</SP>is a 1-20C linear or branched bivalent aliphatic alkylene group, bivalent alicyclic cyclo-alkylene group, or bivalent aromatic group; R<SP>2</SP>is a fluorenyl-containing group; n is 0, 1, or 2; and m is 0 or 1.
