PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester film which has a peeling force stabilized over a long period of time and is suitable for a protective film or a release film used in the manufacturing of adhesives and electronic components including a ceramic capacitor etc. SOLUTION: In a duplicated release film, silicone resin coating films are formed on both sides of the polyester film, the surface roughness (Ra) of the silicone resin coating film is 0.020-0.080μm, the residual adhesion ratio is at least 80%, the thickness mottle of the film is 1.0% or lower, and rubber hardness is 95-99.
