PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of preventing corrosion of a boiler achieving high anticorrosion effect over a long period without using hydrated hydrazine. SOLUTION: This method of preventing corrosion for boiler includes a process for heating boiler water supplied into the boiler and including a hydrazine compound, thermally decomposing the hydrazine compound, and generating hydrazine. As hydrazine is generated by thermal decomposition of the hydrazine compound in this method of preventing corrosion for the boiler, it is unnecessary for a worker to directly treat hydrated hydrazine of high concentration.
