PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component supply device capable of eliminating the stagnation of components in an inlet of a component conveying passage of a straight advancing part and surely supplying components to a downstream end side of the component conveying passage. SOLUTION: The component supply device is constituted to convey the components from a first conveying passage of a spiral shape to a second conveying passage of the straight advancing part by the vibration of a bowl. In the component supply device, a removing member for removing overlapped components when the components are conveyed to the second conveying passage is provided to cover the second conveying passage, a buffer is provided to continuously supply the components already conveyed to the second conveying passage to the downstream end side of the second conveying passage in a non-conveying state that the components are not conveyed to the second conveying passage since the components removed by the removing member are stagnated around the removing member, and a blowing means is provided to scatter the components by blowing gas scattered to the components removed by the component removing member.
