PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for dispensing a labeled-compound for PET (positron emission tomographic system) which enables manipulation of dispensing the labeled-compound on a microchip. SOLUTION: A solution containing the labeled-compound for PET as a liquid phase is introduced into the microchip 1, which has a channel 9 of a gas phase inside and also has a pool part 8b for collecting the liquid phase at the bottom of the channel 9 of the gas phase, and the solution containing the labeled compound for PET is dispersed in the pool part 8b of the microchip 1, by utilizing a capillary force. The gas phase is made to flow through the channel 9 of the gas phase, and thereby a solvent is removed from the solution containing the labeled compound for PET which is collected in the pool part 8b. Since evaporating operation of high efficiency inside the microchip can be realized, the manipulation of dispensing the labeled compound in the microchip becomes possible.
