The container has corner supports vertically arranged between a roof element (7) and an intermediate element (35) and/or between a floor element (8) and the intermediate element in an unfold condition of the container. Side walls are provided with upper- and lower side wall parts and are tightened with the corner supports in the unfold condition of the container. The corner supports are adjustable in height. A frame element (12) is temporarily attached to the intermediate element and to the floor element as an auxiliary structure for folding- and unfolding the container.
