The frame profile (10) has a throttle element (11) arranged in a hollow space of the profile. The hollow space is fixed between air inlet openings and air outlet openings (14). The throttle element is provided with openings, where distances and/or sizes of the openings vary in a longitudinal direction of the profile. The throttle element divides the hollow space into two chambers (12, 13). One of the chambers (13) associated to the air outlet openings has less volume than the other chamber (12) associated to the air inlet openings.
