Imaging behavior of each optical element is based on parameters variable in a direction perpendicular to the optical axis. The variable parameters are determined such that a number of light beams (18, 20) of different wavelengths exhibit propagation paths in the image space, where the wavelengths exhibit propagation paths in the object space. The optical elements are arranged at a distance to each other.</p>
