The part (10) has a rear side (14) that is turned to a body part to be encased, and a viewing side (16) that is turned to an inner area (12), where the lining part is made of fiber-reinforced plastic or polyurethane-foam (18). Two layers of glass fibers are provided at a surface (20) of a plastic part turned to the rear side and/or the viewing side. A reinforcement fibers penetration preventing layer i.e. adhesive film (30), is provided in the lining part, where reinforcement fibers (24) are provided as glass fibers.
