<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pigment dispersion excellent in fluidity, particle size distribution, and adaptability to a high concentration ink; to provide an inkjet recording ink excellent in storage stability and a method for producing the same; and to provide an inkjet recording method. <P>SOLUTION: The pigment dispersion comprises 15 wt.% or more and 45 wt.% or less of an isoindoline-based organic pigment and a cationically polymerizable compound.
