PHOTOSENSITIVE RESIN COMPOSITION, COLOR FILTER, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coloring composition which is high in dye content or high in sensitivity and excellent in pattern form even if a film thickness is large in an excimer laser exposing system for specific wavelengths, and a color filter using the composition.

SOLUTION: The photosensitive resin composition contains pigments, a transparent resin, a monomer having ethylenically unsaturated double bonding, a photo-polymerization initiator and epoxy acrylate and can be cured by laser irradiation at an accumulated exposure amount of 1-150 mJ/cm2where the content of epoxy acrylate is 0.1-20.0 wt.% in relation to the total solid content of the photosensitive resin composition.
