<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly output the sound of a word in an information display control device with a sound function. <P>SOLUTION: When a word "obtain" in description information of an index word "get" is selected by a user's cursor operation, the word "obtain" is reversely displayed. When the user presses a translation/determination key, the word "obtain" is determined as a sound output word, sound output dictionary determination processing is executed, and a dictionary including sound data of the sound output word "obtain" is determined as a sound output dictionary. When the sound output dictionary is determined, a speaker icon by the determined sound output dictionary is displayed, and when the user then presses the translation/determination key, the sound of the sound output word "obtain" is output on the basis of built-in sound of the sound output dictionary, and a window including a dictionary name "CC English-Japanese" of the sound output dictionary, the sound output word "obtain", a pronunciation symbol P24, and a sound output icon is displayed for a prescribed period of time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
