<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make encoding possible by matching output times of a video and a voice using a simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: An encoding-multiplexing system is provided with: a reference signal creation unit 26 which creates a reference signal for matching phases of the video and the voice; a video recording unit 21 which responds to the reference signal, replaces image data for reference position detection to a video signal, and outputs the signal; a voice recording unit 22 which responds to the reference signal, replaces voice data for the reference position detection to a voice signal, and outputs the signal; a delay detection unit 34 which detects reference positions from the video data and the voice data for the reference position detection which are inputted through respective base-band transmission routes, and calculates a delay difference of the video and the voice signals from the reference positions; a delay control unit 35 which calculates a video delay amount and a voice delay amount from the delay difference; a video delay unit 29 which delays the video signal based on the video delay amount, and gives it to a video coding unit 31; and a voice delay unit 30 which delays the voice signal based on the voice delay amount, and gives it to a voice coding unit 32. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
