<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid machine in which reduction in size and cost of the Rankine circuit and apparatus is provided, while achieving prevention of abnormal high pressure in a Rankine circuit and enhancement of starting performance, and a refrigerant circuit and a waste heat utilization apparatus using the fluid machine. <P>SOLUTION: A waste heat utilization apparatus (1) has a Rankine circuit (4), and the Rankine circuit (4) has a fluid machine (10). The fluid machine (10) is provided with, within a housing: a driving portion (22) driven by a working fluid flowed from an inlet port (33), for ejecting the working fluid to an outlet port (45); a communicating passage (102) for causing the working fluid flowed from the inlet port to flow into the driving portion; a bypass passage (104) for guiding the working fluid flowed from the inlet port to the outlet port bypassing the driving portion; and valve mechanisms (106, 112, 124) for performing interruption or interruption release of inflow of the working fluid from the inlet port, and switching between the communicating passage and the bypass passage to communicate therethrough. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
