<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oriented film with high thickness evenness and low haze prepared by evenly drawing a syndiotactic polypropylene film. <P>SOLUTION: The oriented film includes (A) a resin having a melting point, and (B) a resin having a melting point lower than that of the resin (A) by 5°C or more. At least one of the resins (A) and (B) is a syndiotactic polypropylene.
